SHORT STAFFED. Tried calling for earlier check in as instructed. NOBODY ANSWERED THE PHONE. Tried for over 1 hour. I even call 800 number and they couldn’t get through either. Also had to pay $20 for early check in and $20 for parking. We won’t be staying there again.

beds and pillows were very comfortable. It would’ve been great if they had a small convenience shop with snacks and travel items, such as medicines, etc. Also, there was no microwave in our room. The parking validation/payment needs to be better explained with signage

The hotel was in a great area for walking to shopping and restaurants. Our back patio was very dirty, they did come and clean it when requested. We had issues with our phone and our neighbors had taken our patio furniture, but they were on it and had it fixed right away. I believe we would stay there again.
