There was no information in the room about any services offered by the hotel: wifi, options for food or anything else. When we checked in we asked for room service only when requested, but they came every day anyway. The button on their phone for the front desk did not work, so you only option was to go down to the front desk. Nice place, but information is hard to come unless you know to ask for it.

Very nice place! The breakfast was very good, but not included. Just surprised they did not have a restaurant for dinner. You could get food at the bar and by the pool, which was pretty casual. Staff were very nice!

Overcrowded, way too many kids. Showed up one hour after check in and still made us wait an hour before our room was ready. Parking sucks. Asked if we could have a later (one hour) check out and was told there would be a fee. Will not stay here again- it doesn't feel like any other Hyatt regency and would recommend avoiding
