Room was clean but air cond has weird smell, noisy kifs outside pool until midnight, no hot water for shower at 6am...plenty of hot night before. Breakfast staff superb, but desk staff less than helpful.

The staff is awesome!!! The room is always very clean, it’s a nice and quiet hotel with a wonderful pool and beautiful surroundings. It’s a great place for relaxing, bussines or short vacation. The beach is very close. All is absolutely perfect at this place. Book your room and you will have wonderful memories!!!

After having to deal with the trouble with Golden Host Resort, it was the spur of the moment reservation with Best Western Plus, I was very pleased with the cleanliness and quality service! The water pressure in our room was horrible and made showering nearly impossible. The sheets were scratchy and not comfortable at all. Breakfast options were extremely limited and quality was poor. The waffles were decent, but nothing else was good. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean.
