The staff was so friendly and followed through on all of our requests. The new pool is nice and we love the location. We did have a few issues with the room upon arrival. But the overnight maintenance staff fixed the issues for us. In general we didn't feel like the room was as clean as it should have been and housekeeping didn't come until day four and I don't think they changed the sheets, just made the beds. Nothing was so bad that I would have went to complain, I was just a little bummed that the room didn't feel very fresh. We still love the property and the staff though and will definitely stay again!

The room was clean, they provided fresh towels each day, and they were accommodating. Our only complaints were the shades on the windows did not have tilt wands to adjust the blinds, and the kitchen utensils were left to be desired (no spatula, corkscrew, or baking dish were ones we noticed) and they were not able to provide them to us when we asked. Otherwise it is a very nice place to stay!

Perfect place for our family trip to Sarasota. Clean comfortable room with a king bed for us and a sofa bed for our son. Full kitchen, large bathroom. The room is a little small but was still great, like a small studio apartment. 2 heated pools close to the room and a 1 minute walk on the private pathway to the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful, always had clean beach towels for us and allowed my dad to park on site to join us for sunset at the beach. Will definitely be coming back on our next visit.
