Hotel was great! We were there to see Phish at SPAC which was an amazing show!! The hotel was close to SPAC and provided shuttle service. Both drivers were so kind and helpful. The staff was friendly. We got some drinks at the bar before hand and the drinks were delicious. They had an outside patio with fireplace to hang after. All around great experience.

2 star for location

The check in was pleasant and friendly check in staff. After that all down hill. For how much a night cost the room was very out dated and had a smell of cigarette smoke and the refrigerator did not work. We went to the hotel restaurant and sat there for over 27 minutes. I got up and asked for a menu and was promptly told she would be over. 15 minutes later no service. We left very disappointed after driving 7 hours. Not worth the money.
