Guests will need 4-wheel drive to access this road. Property may not be accessible to vehicles other than 4 wheel drive or large truck. Please call before booking to check on road condtions if you have a small car

No Hitched trailers of any kind are allowed- This includes boat trailers, boats, travel trailers, inoperative automobiles, campers, UTV/ATV. This is strongly enforced

Parking is permitted only in designated driveway spaces. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway of the property. No parking will be allowed on the road. ***Please enter through the top driveway, and exit from the bottom driveway.

This cabin offers its guests barbecue grills, an arcade/game room, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.

This Sautee Nacoochee cabin is smoke free.
