Perfect place to stay for a wedding visit.

We had a short trip for a wedding near Savannah. This was a very nice place for an overnight stay. We will likely come back if we are in Savannah again.

I was very disappointed at my stay at Embassy being I have stayed here multiple times. There was a problem with my room before my arrival it was leaking and it was a lot of back and forth on how I would be accommodated but was promised it would be be fixed first thing in the morning. It was not. I went to the front first thing that morning and was told they had to check with the manager. Meanwhile of course my card has already been charged. Finally it was fixed by noon but I was stuck at the hotel until it was fixed. I will not stay at this Embassy again.

While I understand I booked via Expedia I was disappointed in absolutely zero recognition of being a Diamond Member. It took multiple attempts to get my existing Hilton Honoris Account added to my reservation so that I could use free internet. Their policy says zero about how you purchase your room, third party or direct via Hilton, to get access to free internet. Also, room was not available when we checked in and it was about 530pm on a Saturday night. The cleaning staff is amazing! They even vacuum the sofas. The front desk and other staff weren't very friendly. Overall it wasn't a bad experience. It just could have been a lot better. I probably wouldn't stay here again.

Embassy Suites Savannah

Very impressed with the room. Very comfortable beds, clean rooms, spacious bathroom and suite. Loved the refrigerator, microwave, complimentary coffee. Excellent breakfast with made to order eggs and omelets, toast or bagels, coffee, fresh fruit, juice and friendly staff.
