The room was very clean, many places to eat in walking distance. The pool and hot tub were very clean. Outdoor seating on patio was nice along with a fire pit, very relaxing. Only complaint was having a room next to a pet owner, especially a joining room, could hear barking when the dog was left alone. I knew pets were welcome but maybe have different floors for people with pets.

The hotel is clean, nicely furnished, and the beds are comfortable. However, the staff is the best thing about this hotel. They are capable, thoughtful, cheerful, and kind. Maria, in the restaurant, went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a good meal.

Terrible food service

Over all experience was ok. Disappointed in the food service. Everything we tried to order they were out of. We ended up with chicken sandwiches that were dry and tasted like they came out of the freezer and were just warmed up. Very expensive for what we got.

I thought everyone I talked to was not only really nice, but also knew exactly what they were doing and could answer any questions, which was just great alone - but also the accommodations were very clean and nice. The main door into our room was a royal pain in the a$$ to get open. It was more or less stuck. Same situation with the bathroom door. Hard to open, got stuck and really had to pull on both doors to either open OR close.
