Decline in service and poor attention to detail.

The hotel was extremely noisy with lots of kids and adults. We didn’t have toilet paper and the roll was pretty much empty upon arrival. The conditioner was empty in the shower. There was no pillow to go with the bedding for the pull out couch. Breakfast was not great. We have stayed at this location previously and it was much better. This trip was not the best stay and the cost was substantial for one night.

We were there for 3 nights and no one cleaned our room. There were no clean towels- the front desk had to run to a different hotel to get them. We always stay here and never have issues but this last trip was a little different.

I spent a week here for school, and the location was very convenient for where I needed to be. Check-in was smooth since I had made my reservation in advance. When I arrived in my room, I was pleased—it had a cozy living room area with a desk, which was perfect for getting schoolwork and work done. The bed was spacious and comfortable, and the overall room size was great. The bathroom was also roomy, though the shower could have used a bit of extra cleaning or an update, but nothing major. One feature I really appreciated was the small area with a microwave and fridge—it made it easy to store and heat up food, which was super convenient during my stay. Housekeeping was excellent, with the maids coming daily to ensure I had everything I needed and replacing any used items. When I first arrived, my room had a bent ironing board. I called for a replacement around 10 PM, and by the next morning, a new one was waiting at my door—great service! Breakfast in the morning was a nice bonus, making it easy to grab something on my way out. The staff was pleasant and helpful throughout my stay. I even lost my room key at the pool one day, and they replaced it quickly with no hassle. Plus, the free parking was a definite plus! Overall, I had a great experience.
