The room was unexpectedly large and worked well for our 2 night stay!! Doesn't have ANY usb ports and barely adequate outlets if you travel with electronic devices. Fortunately, we bring out own.

Property system down so several different other groups and myself waited hours to see if/when it rings would be available. We were told to call them periodically to see if the system was up. We called for over 4 hours and still nothing. Property wouldn't even help us get a refund that night and we stayed at another property. Today they said OYO was going to refund the money, but it would take 7-10 business days to receive it. Out a wrinkle in our trip... More money out of than anticipated since we had to get another room somewhere else, so we ended it trip early.

Wasn't able to check in but was still charged.

This was an awful experience. I elected to pay for this rental at the time of arrival. When I showed up to check-in, the reception desk was closed and when I called the number listed on their sign, the person said I could not check in because I haven't paid yet.

The hotel is conveniently located near the promenade and restaurants. There was no air conditioner, but it wasn’t needed. We kept the window open and it was very quiet, The room was large and the bed was comfortable.
