The property was basic but clean. Definitely needs some TLC, new outlets, doors, etc. but still not bad. Staff was friendly and accommodated a late check in with a drop box. Quiet property. Only real complaint is the horrible management company OYO. I will not book at one of their properties again. After calling to discuss late check in I was transferred around to people in India that I couldn’t understand at all every time. They couldn’t understand me either and couldn’t comprehend a late check in. Finally was transferred to the actual hotel. Then after the call I received a notice that I was booked at another hotel 3000 miles away and then they tried to invoice me for a no-show. Once again, dealing with someone from India to try and explain I was on the opposite coast already in one of their properties. If you do book an OYO property and need to contact the property, look the actual hotel up online, don’t contact through Expedia as you’ll get the horrible property management company.
