Clean room, friendly front desk, breakfast meh

Clean, front desk was always helpful, beds are a little on the hard side. Breakfast was late both mornings we were there and was just meh. Sausage was dry and didn’t taste good, omelets were also a bit dry and only had an option with cheese. It was hard to eat here on a diet that avoids dairy and gluten and focuses on protein.

The only complaint I have is that listed in amenities was a arcade room. When we got to the hotel there was no arcade room onsite. There was one nearby in town. This was a huge reason I selected this hotel as we had three teenage kids with us. A little disappointed.

The only complaint I have is that on the amenities listed was arcade/gaming room. When we got to the hotel there was no arcade room onsite. There was one located nearby in town. The listing of an arcade room was a huge reason I selected this hotel as we had 3 teenage kids with us. A little disappointed.

We enjoyed our stay here. Our only complaints were that the continental breakfast ran out of food each of the 3 days we were here well before the breakfast ended. As food ran out, it was not restocked. The sauna was not working the last day we were there either. We enjoyed everything else. We would stay again.

When my sister and I arrived we were given the room on the first floor, parking view, noisy. We asked to change our room if possible. Very nice and professional woman on reception changed our room to the third floor with beautiful view. Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable. Breakfast was really good, we had an omelet and toast. I loved this property. It was the first time we stayed there. Will stay there again.

Only complaint was that I could not sit by fire pit in the evening. Was told I could not use because of previous noise complaints. I would suggest locking doors and turning off fire pits to avoid guests from going outside and being disappointed

Holiday Inn was what appeared to be freshly remodeled/updated rooms and lobby/entrance area. Extremely welcoming with nice ambiance lighting and friendly staff. Free fresh cookies daily, great free morning breakfast and a little store to purchase snacks/drinks. Pool is refreshing, hot tub is relaxing and a sauna to top it off!

Only thing that I was disappointed in was the fact that they don’t clean your room every day and I had to empty my own garbages daily and find towels and with 2 kids my room was getting quite messy after 3 nights. The tv was difficult to understand and had to hade staff come multiple times to figure it out.

There were crumbs in the hallway to our room ALL 4 DAYS we stayed. Noisy, loud kids ehom we complained about in the pool and so did others. No resolve. Kids will be kids but they were grown and screaming at the top of their lungs in an enclosed pool area. Staff did NOTHING About it. I went to breakfast at 830am and it wasnt over til 10am. They had no more hot food left and shrugged and walked away....I have stayed here more than 6 times and this was by far the WORST stay ever.
