Stay was fine. We just had some issues with amenities. We came into town for the basketball tournament. And we knew it was gonna be crazy. But the pool was 24 hours but no kids after 10. Took my kids down around 8pm and it was fine for the first 10 min, then a big group of kids and adults came in. Which we knew it was going to get busy with the hotels being sold out. I’m totally fine with kids playing, I have 5 of my own. But I had a newborn who couldn’t go in the pool so I held her on the outside. And an adult decided to cannon ball into the pool, I asked him nicely to not do that after my daughter and me got soaked. He apologized. But then not even 5 minutes later did it again. I finally just had to leave and tell my kids they couldn’t play because adults don’t know how to act like adults. Then as we were leaving, someone was bringing beer in there, someone else had there dog in there. It was just a mess. I told the front desk and they kind of looked at me like they couldn’t do much. These people didn’t finally leave the pool until 945, so I took my kids back and they only had 15 minutes to play then it was closed for kids. It was just an unfortunate situation. On top of that my newborn got the chlorine in her eyes from him jumping and was screaming for hours because of how bothered her eyes were. So like I said unfortunate situation. I wish adults would act like adults.

The bathroom door sounded like something out of a dungeon (SQUEEEEK) and wouldn't latch shut (until I fixed it.) The door itself was a little beat up as well (shows a lack of care.) It would be nice if they would alternate rooms when assigning them. The people in the room next door were very loud. Other than that it was a nice room and comfortable.

Clean room, friendly front desk, breakfast meh

Clean, front desk was always helpful, beds are a little on the hard side. Breakfast was late both mornings we were there and was just meh. Sausage was dry and didn’t taste good, omelets were also a bit dry and only had an option with cheese. It was hard to eat here on a diet that avoids dairy and gluten and focuses on protein.

The only complaint I have is that listed in amenities was a arcade room. When we got to the hotel there was no arcade room onsite. There was one nearby in town. This was a huge reason I selected this hotel as we had three teenage kids with us. A little disappointed.

The only complaint I have is that on the amenities listed was arcade/gaming room. When we got to the hotel there was no arcade room onsite. There was one located nearby in town. The listing of an arcade room was a huge reason I selected this hotel as we had 3 teenage kids with us. A little disappointed.

We enjoyed our stay here. Our only complaints were that the continental breakfast ran out of food each of the 3 days we were here well before the breakfast ended. As food ran out, it was not restocked. The sauna was not working the last day we were there either. We enjoyed everything else. We would stay again.
