HELL IN CHECKING IN

NEVER CHECKED IN BECAUSE THEY DIDNT HAVE A ROOM FOR ME EVEN THOUGH I RESERVED ONE FOR 1/20 = 1/24. NO ROOM ON MONDAY SO I HAD TO GO TO A DIFFERENT MOTEL FOR THE TIME AND IT COST ME 384.00 FOR 4 NIGHTS AND MOTEL 6 WONT GIVE BACK MY MONEY THEY SAY I NEED TO GO THREW HOTEL,COM AND THEY TOLD ME THEY WILL GIVE BACK 3 NIGHTS I NEVER CHECKED IN BECAUSE NO ROOMS. I MADE RESERVATION 2=3 WEEKS AGO AND WAS VERIFIED A ROOM BUT NO DICE MANAGER CASEY SAYS NO GUARRENTED FOR ROOMS THROUGH MOTEL.COM I JUST WANT ALL MY NIGHTS RETURNED 260 .DOLLARS

The staff was incredible. The desk attended where great. It was very clean. Extremely noisey. The desk on the wall wasn't attached at all. I was told things fall often. The owner didnt agree. It feel off the wall and landed on my small child. Could tell it had happened before and was very poorly put up. I immediately told staff. They ended up charging me 100$ and banning me from the hotel. It's unsafe to have unsecure things on the way. I had no idea and have very small children. We stayed 4 days with no issues, luckily my child wasnt hurt worse. Great staff, i had no idea it was hazard.
