Balcony overlooking the famous Promenade and with just steps to the beach path, this condominium is perfect for a beach getaway. Restaurants and shopping are 2 short blocks north, and of course the beach; just steps straight ahead. Bedroom has King bed cable TV/DVD and master bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Second bathroom is common to the hall. Living room has Queen Murphy bed and Queen hide-a-bed sofa, TV and DVD. Kitchen is fully appointed and includes dishwasher. Outdoor furniture for your enjoyment on the balcony to watch the beautiful sunsets. Washer and dryer on site available for guest use on the ground floor. Parking for 2 vehicles. Absolutely beautiful view from the balcony. Kitchen was clean and spacious for a family of 6. Master bed was super soft and cozy. Despite other reviews we don’t hear anyone on the elevator besides laughing kiddos who we loved hearing. Overall it was the perfect place for our family. The only thing we didn’t love was the hot water ran out fairly quickly when showering 4 kids and two adults but that’s nothing to really complain about. Parking was a bit tight but the lot across the way was spacious. The host was great with communication!

The location to the beach, promenade, and shops and restaurants was perfect. Every thing in short walking distance. The condo was comfortable and fully accommodating and exceptionally clean upon arrival. I would 100% recommend this rental and look forward to staying there again in the future.

We enjoyed hanging out on the balcony watching the ocean and the rain. It’s an easy walk to the heart of Seaside for shops, the carousel mall and restaurants. Three beds for 3 adults was perfect; they were very comfortable.

A stress reliver

My wife has a very stressful job and the beach is her therapy! This location has a great view and it is right along the promenade, which makes for easy walks on the beach. We had a great time.
