Had a great time. Great proximity to everything in town and the beach. Everything was walkable. Great views from the room. Was very quiet. Very comfy bed. Jetted tub with a view of the beach from within was awesome! Will definitely stay again!

The room did not seem to match the pictures posted. Outdated with a musty smell, we were glad to be able to open the windows. The parking lot is across the street- not exactly on site. The surrounding area is nice and there were a few places to go to eat.

Unfortunately, our stay was unpleasant due to the strong smell of mold throughout the entire hotel. The air felt heavy and unclean, which made the overall environment uncomfortable. In our room, the window was sealed shut for safety reasons, making it impossible to air it out. We specifically chose this hotel so we could bring our puppy, but given the poor conditions—especially at such a high price—we will not be staying here again.

The room was nice and newly remodeled. Bathroom was very nice. The windows were foggy and made it hard to see the view. We stayed two nights and had no housekeeping to even replenish coffee supplies for the next morning. I had to ask for them at the front desk. At the end of the stay front desk was nice and said they would email a receipt but never got one even when I requested one through a follow up email. There was also an extra $4 charge that I have no idea what it was for. Room received high marks but service needs work.

Entirely dissatisfied and disappointed

We booked our room at about 7:00 at night after calling about pet-friendly accommodations and double-checking the hotel website to confirm the hotel's policy. When members of our party arrived less than two-hours later, the staff member said our two rooms would not accept our dogs despite all contrary info that had been given us. We were also told that we could not cancel our room within five days of our stay (again, we had booked the room less than two hours prior to our arrival). Not only were we not offered any support or assistance in this regard, but when we talked about our dog possibly sleeping in our vehicle, we were also snidely advised not to do so. We were given no options nor grace after a nine-hour trip that involved a separate accommodation reservation--made four months prior--that was cancelled on us after we were already there. This was a nightmare and we received no compassion, support, or solutions from the staff. When we actually opened the door to the rooms, we found the carpets profusely stained in countless places, rips in the couch, and holes in one of the bedding blankets. These are the rooms that our dogs could not be crated in to sleep for 8 hours? This was memorable in all the worst ways, and I would advise any future travelers to keep their expectations low if they plan to stay at this hotel.

It had a patio in the back of the building that walks out to the promenade for an afternoon view of sunset. But the garden is unkempt. There is construction going on in the lower floor but the patio chairs were not made clean and available for guests.

Our room was clean & comfortable. Access to the beach and town were wonderful. Just a few creature comforts were absent. There was no closet, hangers or hooks for our clothes and the only mirror was over the bathroom sink. There was a microwave but it was down the hall by the elevator. Kind of pricy for a minimalist room. The staff were very froendly.

Location was good, had awesome view of ocean. Unfortunately didn’t realize that the weekend I booked there would be a volleyball tournament, which made the experience outside the hotel uncomfortable as the area was super crowded. Was not able to get parking on site and had to drive around for a while to find some on the street.

We paid four hundred for an above office parking lot room, not an ocean view room as the website heavily portrays. BEWARE!!!!!!! Don’t stay here!!!!!
