We would definitely stay here again! The staff was great, and the room was very clean and a great location. It’s a very pretty area! Only cons: The bathroom had a strange smell and the room was very very fragrant when we got there (like too much spray with fragrance). The bed was pretty stiff and we are both hurting today.

Multiple Damages Upon Arrival - No Notice Given

Our room was falsely advertised, and had several damages/safety hazards that were not made clear before our arrival or during check-in. We arrived to a large top-to-bottom crack in main ocean view window, broken window screen from our 4th floor room, fireplace didn’t work, and leaky coffee maker. For all the room claimed to have, the only functioning feature was the jetted tub. When alerting the front desk right after check-in we were told damages had been there for a few weeks awaiting repair. When it’s a rainy winter weekend & you want a cozy ocean view stay with a fireplace, and none of it works, needless to say we were disappointed for what we paid. We have attempted to contact the owner of the property via email & phone immediately following our stay to resolve issues and haven’t heard back for 5 days. We knew it wasn’t one of the newly renovated rooms but we at least expected it to come functioning with what the description and pictures listed. Front desk staff were friendly but could not help with any issues and kept referring us to the owner. It’s disappointing since the hotel is in such a great location. Communication is key & it clearly wasn’t there before we arrived and hasn’t been since we have tried to seek help.

We stayed in the clock tower for one night and Lewis and Clark for the second night. The clock tower was awesome, great experience. Lewis and Clark on the other hand.. one of the blinds were broken and we couldn’t close, which faced the neighbors, so that was awkward. And we had a jetted tub but there no instructions on how to use it, we couldn’t get the jets to turn on. We tried calling the front desk multiple times and couldn’t get ahold of anyone. So that’s was a bummer but otherwise great experience and very friendly staff, you just have to talk to them in person, otherwise they are unreachable.

Seems like a decent place. Was recently updated, but seems like they update to get out of doing upkeep maintenance. We got there and toilet was clogged, found cleaning supply leftovers, as well at multiple other broken items throughout the room. Nice enough place, but for the money they charge, I'll be staying elsewhere next time.

Booked this location for 2 nights in for the penthouse 3 hours before checking in, with the full understanding there was a no refund policy for the first night. I arrived in the room and discovered I could not stay in there as I am sensitive to EMF so I proceeded to another hotel. A few days later I called the hotel to inquire if there was anything that could be done for the first night as I was not able to stay, in short I spoke to the owner and he told me no refund I was going to be given I was ok with that but what I was not ok with is him saying my condition was BS and proceeded to lie and said the location could have been rented out 5 days earlier, how could that be as I just booked it that night? Money comes and goes but people like the owner of this property was rude and I would never recommend this property to anyone based on principle.
