Clean room but very dated. Old carpet, furniture from the 1980’s. It snowed while we were there, yet the parking lot wasn’t cleared until almost noon. They only applied salt to the iced over parking lot only after my husband fell three times going to our car. The management was very quick to point out we couldn’t sue (even though we never mentioned suing) after we informed them about this safety issue.

The room was missing tissues, had light bulb out in bathroom & the heating system was messed up- either too hot or too cold with temp set at 72. Also, fire alarm went off, guests had top go outside in cold & we were never provided with explanation as to what happened.

I brought my wife to the hotel to avoid the construction in our home. We stayed three days. We were quiet and had no issues, we are in our 70s and late 60’s. I called the hotel at noon and told them I made a reservation to extend another day and would be there in an hour or longer. When I arrived, which was after 14:00, there was no one at the front desk. Yet as soon as I arrived in the room, I got a call informing me that I would be charged a late fee and I must leave. After speaking directly with the manager at noon, I was shocked to get this call! I had a reservation. No discussion about my reservation. Simply get out! When I told the manager I had a reservation, he claimed there was no reservation. There was a reservation, for the next day. I made a mistake online. I simple review would have demonstrated I had made the reservation. A hotel should never treat its guest like this!! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Upon check-in there was a used coffee pod in the coffee maker and a dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. On top of the room being dirty, I was double charged for it. I called and they admitted the mistake and said they’d credit me back immediately. They didn’t. Now taking it up with my credit card company. Honestly I wouldn’t stay here again. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is that the bed was comfortable.

The rooms were so dusty, the bathroom ceiling had filtration . One of the rooms didn’t have electricity , we called the front desk but never should up. Do one of the rooms didn’t have light all night

The only main issue that was really annoying was the t v was in constant buffer mode, and only one or two channels actually worked without sputtering, which became really annoying late at night

The room is so dirty that I can’t keep my feet on the ground. The chair is old and dirty that I worry for bedbugs. The washroom floor and bath is dirty. Not worth the amount paid for 2 nights and I could not sleep there the 2nd night. We had to pass a night somewhere else. I will not recommend
