Freezing rooms!

No heat in the room! It was freezing at night and even cool during the day! Front desk said, too bad, central heat was turned off. Not sure if this is a bylaw violation. I stayed in the third world hotels that didn't have heating but I paid $20/night. But this is USA! Room was okay, bed was good, common areas need better cleaning. Will avoid in the future.

Do not book this hotel

This place was absolutely disgusting. As soon as we checked in and went to our room we immediately checked out! Would absolutely not recommend anyone to stay here it was not clean and was not safe for kids. Run down and out dated as well. Was not able to get any money back as they have a "strict no refund policy' no wonder!!! Needless to say my family had to drive 5 hrs home at 10pm and out almost $200
