Staff was nice, room was clean, and location was great. Unfortunately, the restaurant and bar area were both closed and the morning breakfast had alot to be desired. I will go back when they reopens the restaurant area, not before than.

We love the Gould. However the bar was not open due to new ownership waiting for an alcohol license. The bar itself is very cozy and lovely. It will be awesome when it's open. The hotel was perfect for our needs for one night, and the village of Seneca Falls is charming.

Beautiful hotel. The staff were excellent, room was very clean and spacious with nice decor and high ceilings. The bathroom was huge with a big walk in shower. Bed was very comfortable with nice linens.

Was welcomed right when we got there. The room was spectacular! Large, clean, bed was super comfortable, bathroom was nice. We liked it so much, we stayed there again on our way back home and scheduled a weekend at Christmas. Who wouldn't want to spend Christmas in Bedford Falls, I mean Seneca Falls!!!
