This property failed the first chance to make a good impression right from the parking lot. Began with not being able to check in early without paying a fee even though the room was ready to then finding ants in the kitchen area. The bedroom door literally fell off the hinges and two electrical outlets in the bathroom didn't work. There's more but it's safe to say I will not stay here again.

We were in town for one night and needed somewhere clean and affordable to stay. We chose this hotel because the reviews were positive with regards to cleanliness. It’s very outdated, but in a good location for restaurants and services.

Nice quiet room with accomodating hotel staff. only concern was cleaning crew did not replenish towels, coffee, or cups on our multiple night stay. we had to go to the desk to get additional supplies which they were great about.

Very small room. No extras such as breakfast at any level, considering doubling room costs during Lavender Festival Weekend. Had to duck around wall-mounted TV. Noisy from above unit. Probably will not repeat.

Arrived at 1:30 pm before stated 4:00 check in. Room was ready but desk clerk said there would be an early check in fee. We just wanted to drop off our luggage. We left and returned later about 7:00 with no fee. Seems pretty cheap!

Didn't get the room I booked. They couldn't do anything since the hotel was full. They did feel bad and gave me a small discount. The rest of the stay was fine but the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable.

Unlike the name it has no view. The patio out the sliding glass door is just gravel and weeds, it is also west facing so very hot in the afternoon. The bed was a bit too firm for us and the furniture is old. TV programming was not good. The shower was good and the hot water was fast. Sorry, didn’t like this property.

Nice clean room with good amenities. Difficult stairs to climb late at night to second floor room. Parking at adjacent building was hard to find without staff help. Once parking was found, it was quiet and off the main street.
