Overcrowded Mess

Sequim is so overcrowded during peak season that hotels and restaurants here seem to stop caring about service they know they’ll be fully booked no matter what. I stayed at this hotel with a child and asked for an extra blanket, only to be told they didn’t have any. Really? A large hotel can’t provide the most basic, common request? I ended up having to use my sleeping bag. It’s disappointing and shows how little they value guests. Sadly, this attitude seems to reflect the whole town.

It’s sequim, not many options.

The hotel was solid, nothing super fancy but the breakfast options were nice. Checking in was a pain though, it was a night check in and it took a long time to get someone to the front desk after calling from a cell phone and the front desk phone. Lots os smoking (tobacco and weed) near doors and windows.

Your unlimited snack table was the best. We have rarely, if ever, enjoyed this at a hotel! Thank you for the beautiful flowers out front, the delicious breakfast spread and the excellent, kind people who work there.

Clean grounds with a nice garden, open fields for the dogs, cute porch / outdoor seating to take your picnic or dessicated breakfast items. Family friendly if money is no object. We arrived on a busy festival weekend where the staff couldn't quite muster up a smile which, considering the check in line, is understandable. if you're a speck of dirt, go elsewhere. This cleaning staff attacks with military precision, and takes no prisoners.

Loved the patio out front and the pots of flowers everywhere. Very pretty! The Mexican restaurant next door was very convenient and saved having to load the kids up and go looking for food. Our room was quiet and clean.
