Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice clean and comfy main hotel area, with several great Alaskan seafood and other types nearby. Easy walking due to harbor front location. Complimentary shuttle to our ferry and hotel very accomodating to us remaining until our time to board our cruise ship. Recommended.

Misleading advertising

My stay was good, however, I had to pay more money to switch rooms. When I booked the room, I saw photos of the lobby and hotel part, there was no mention that my room would be in the “annex” which was a motel. I felt very uncomfortable being in a motel type of room when I was traveling by myself. The motel section is incredibly different than what is shown on the website. The room itself in the motel section was fine, not quite as nice as the one I upgraded to.

I liked the location right downtown and free parking. They also have a great coffee/juice store. I gave a lower score as our room was SO Boiling Hot. I think the heater was stuck on on. Also one f the lights did not work so it was white dark. For the amount we paid I expected better.

The Breeze Inn was in a perfect location. The room was clean except for the bathtub. It was full of rocky, dirty water. Not sure how the cleaning staff cleaned the entire room but left the bathtub full of dirty water. We called the front desk and they sent someone up to clean the tub but it left a bad impression on the hotel and our stay

The staff was excellent!!! Very helpful and friendly!! Location was easy to get to and to be able to walk around! Room was clean and spacious!
