Room wasn’t ready at 5 pm. Check in was pretty weird and uncomfortable. Was told only one house cleaner and that definitely seemed to be true once getting into my room. Check the fans above the toilet. Pretty gross. Place could be nice.

The bathroom floor looked dirty. The bed had too hard of a mattress. There was at least a one inch opening at the bottom of the door to the floor. Light and noise came through clearly.

Beautiful hotel. We had a two bed suite with Mountain View. Night time front desk guy who checked us in was wonderful, so polite and respectful. Being a HH member is worth it.

Rooom was dirty, hair on the tub, vanity and entertainment center. Tile floor could use a good deep clean. I usually stay with Hampton for the cleanliness of the Hotel. But this one was disappointing.

The room price was fine but the pet fee for one little dog was outrageous — especially since there is no grass outside and no other pet service. The hotel policy is to only clean the room every other day, but don’t expect a discount for the second night. Then breakfast is lame. The worst thing was the 6-week past the best-by date on the yogurt they put out. Are they trying to kill their guests?
Anemic looking breakfast sausage. I don’t recommend.

Great stay in Sheridan

Conveniently located off of the highway this hotel has beautiful views of the surrounding landscape. Room was a spacious and clean with all of the amenities in very good condition. Plenty of outlets to charge your electronics. Lobby area was neat clean and organized. Breakfast was well stocked with fresh items. Easy drive into the downtown area so location was very good. Well close to the highway, there was very little traffic noise. Laundering machine machines were easy to use with clear directions. The machines could have been cleaner, though the pool and spa area is perfect for a small hotel and the gym next-door was in great condition. Overall, very happy with this hotel.
