The first room we were assigned had old dried blood spots on the sheets. The room heater was so old and corroded that you could not read the instructions as to which way to turn the heat/AC up and down. The hot breakfast was all precooked and tasteless. Very disappointing and I would not recommend staying here. Needs a total updating including new linens, mattresses and pillows!!!

Rooms are a bit dated and could use a goid deep clean scrub into the corners. The staff was very pleasant from check-in to a dinner order in the bar to the breakfast staff. The breakfast was heartier than I was expecting, as it was described as a continental breakfast but had multiple warm food options.

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. It was very easy to get to off of the interstate, but yet it was quiet. The breakfast had many options and was good. It is within walking distance to shopping and eating destinations. The bed was very comfortable!

Absolutely beautiful lobby. The breakfast was great, room was nice, clean, good bed and pillows. Had a fridge for me so that’s always helpful. I always bring my own coffee pot because most hotels have those crummy little one cup. Is that use a pod, not a K-cup, so you can’t use your own coffee (and there’s always terrible). The coffee at the breakfast was pretty decent. Stayed there last year on our way to a ranch and I looked for it again this year. I’ll stay again next year likely.

Our air conditioner leaked all over the carpet and our things and staff said they would send up someone to fix it. Came back after the day out and room stunk so bad like stale water. Granola bar under bed. And just all around dirty and rundown. One positive was the breakfast.

We loved the open area of the lounge and continental breakfast. Our entire stay was wonderful! We were able to really unwind after a long day of driving and sight seeing. Staff went out of their way to make everything just right for us including a quick 15 minute unwind in the hot tub even though they were closing. It was what we really needed after most of the day driving. Highly recommend!

We were traveling cross country and were making reservations on the fly for that evening. Due to spotty reception, I didn’t think the first reservation went through so needing a place to stay we reserved this room at the Ramada then 30 minutes later we had reservations for two rooms. We took the other room and this one went unused. We made a request for cancellation but were denied because of the cancellation policy. We understood the policy but feel due to the cell service in WY, we now have to pay for the unused room. Unhappy senior citizen…

I did not like it that the carpet was not clean. We had our dog with us and there were noticable pee puddles by the door. That kind of situation is an invitation to a dog to mark her territory. Luckily our dog did not leave her scent but I felt the carpet should have been shampooed before we used the room. I brought it to the attention of management before I left. Otherwise our stay was just fine. I would stay here again.
