The room was dirty. Toothpaste left in the sink. Terrible smell as soon as you get off the elevator on to the third floor. Black specks in the juice at breakfast and the coffee in the lobby. Side entrance was broken and the door didn’t close. The indoor pool was “closed for the season.” Paint peeling all over the hotel. The unit in the room was either blasting making the room cold, or not on at all, making it hot. The TV remote didn’t work. The curtains were broken and wouldn’t close completely. Several burned out lightbulbs in the room. Uneven carpet in the hallways making it dangerous for elderly or children. A place to sleep, but not a good experience.

Room wasn’t the best. When I got to my room the door was open and the shower was running in the bathroom and room had a horrible smell. We came for a softball tournament it was super late my daughter had played 4 games that day so we stayed anyway. Breakfast was HORRIBLE! The lady watched me and 3 other families struggle with the pancake mix because it was empty but she knew that! Then she checked the syrup dispenser so we assumed there was syrup NOPE it was also empty and she knew it and just watched us struggle there was no biscuits gravy was cold. The fridge was completely empty which would have been understandable if it hadn’t been 8am and breakfast had only been open for an hour definitely don’t think it’s worth the money or stay. The indoor pool was also closed down. Water damage on the walls just all in all NOT a great place to stay! If it wouldn’t have been so late and my daughter was tired we would not have stayed.

The room/hotel is a dump. Service was minimal, and you didn’t even have basic service like a crib. It was NOTHING like the picture. If you were to show the actual room and building, no one in their right mind would stay there. This place used to be nice, but it has really gone to the dogs.
