The hallways were extremely humid. There was a thick layer of dust under the bed, and a mold smell coming from the AC, causing my wife to have a near medical emergency level asthma event and allergic reaction. An additional problem that we had was that the inlet valve to the toilet was shut off and when we turned it back on so we could flush the toilet we found it to be leaking. This was labeled as an accessible room but was too small for someone with a mobility device to maneuver. The only accessible feature was the hand railing around the toilet.

Enjoyed my stay

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The only negative was I did not like the pillows, but ultimately that is a personal choice. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Have chosen what I liked, I hate the beds. I didn't ding them for the beds due to the fact I have never found a motel with beds that don't kill my back. Need memory foam mattress's. Also need rooms with 2 beds rated handicap with a walk-in/roll-in shower, comfortable beds that are lower to the floor. My mother was with me, she is handicapped and very short, her knees and shoulders are giving her a lot of problems so that beed needs to be lower to the floor.

I've stayed at the Denison Motel 6 several times before. For me, its attraction is cost (not much, relatively) and convenience. If you're looking for extras ("free" breakfast, spa, lounge area, etc.) look elsewhere; but if you just want to watch a little TV and then hit the sack, this place is for you.
