Staff and room were fine, Sunday check out day no WATER ( at All), well droplets. When inquired if any compensation for the inconvenince, said was not due to was a " city" problem. Luckiky I travel with bottled water, enough to wash face, brush my teeth, and take a bird Bath, no pun intended. When I check into a Hotel, I don't consider water an amenity, but a necessity

Everything about the hotel and the staff is great. My room was very clean and the staff is super nice. I don't have any complaints. This was not my first time staying here, I always stay here by choice. It has always been clean, this time around they remodeled and I like it even more. I know some parts of Shreveport are a little rough, but I give you my word this hotel is in a good area. I assure you it's clean and the staff is kind and accommodating.
