The staff was very nice and helpful. They were very busy that day and it was difficult for the staff to get all the rooms clean. So there were a few things missing like wash, rags and pillowcases

Not happy that purchased handicapped room and given room on second floor with NO elevator and had to do stairs with a bum knee!

It was dirty. Our lamp didn’t work and only had one of the 2 light bulbs. Bathroom light switch cracked and broken, just to name a few things. BUT, the kicker was that we found and confirmed with an insect app that there was at least one bed bug in the room and we checked out immediately!

This place was disgustingly filthy. The toilet had not been cleaned , the bathroom mirror had crusty toothpaste left on it, the floor was unswept The staff were not friendly at all. It needs to be tore down

The front staff was terrific getting us checked in. There was a mistake of the front desk giving someone else our room key after checking in and the new guests ended up walking in on my daughter but the staff was very apologetic. The room was o.k. but they were out of body wash in the shower, the door would not shut slowly (slammed shut if left to close on its own), and I was locked out of my room the next morning. The manager had to come in with a special key to get me in which took around 45 minutes.

Not a clean stay

Stains on the sheets and towels, and no shower curtain in our bathroom. When walking to our room passed the ice machine and saw a few chairs in these areas visibly covered in dust.

Frugal Hotel

This hotel is obviously trying to save $ everywhere. The lights in the room were all very small CFL bulbs, half the lights are disabled. The water pressure in the bathroom is turned down to about 25% of normal. The breakfast was about 3/10. The eggs were flavorless, probably from powdered eggs. Very limited fruit. We travel through this area 2 or more times a year, but will be looking elsewhere for the next stay.

Room smelled like body odor, bathroom floors qere dirty with hair and dirt, bathtub grimy and faucet falling out of wall, refrigerator filthy, door didn't work, pool was broken, stucko on outside of building was falling off. Don't let the photos of the hotel entrance lobby fool you. This area was nice but the rooms, gross. Continental breakfast typical but the eggs were disgusting and the potatoes were still frozen. We had five guest they gave us 3 towels and a nearly empty roll of toilet paper. We didn't have an issues with the staff. Overall, definitely not worth 160$ room rate per night. Will never stay here again.
