All glass sliders and windows are new hurricane rated glass. Step onto our 32' screened in lanai complete with composite decking, ceiling fans, and rattan style deck furniture.

Complete luxury renovation with high end finishes and appliances. Bedrooms boast distressed bleached hardwood floors, luxury mattresses and bedding. Master suite features a king bed, a LED lit makeup counter with sink, full walk in closet, and separate luxury shower, toilet, and sink area. Guest Bedroom features two queen beds with closet and dressers for plenty of storage. Second bath off the guest bedroom boasts jetted tub/shower, granite counters, and luxury cabinets.

The entertainment system will blow you away. The living area boasts a 55" 4K Smart TV with sound bar. Besides an awesome home theater experience (when watching HD content), you can connect a Bluetooth device to the sound bar to listen to your music. Each bedroom boasts 40" Smart/Roku HD TV's.
