This condo also comes with a covered parking spot and private washer and dryer for your stay! This condo can accommodate up to 4 guests. Condo is equipped with its own private password protected internet modem. Internet speed is Xfinity 100 mbps. Beach essentials such as beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrella are provided!

Kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots, pans, utensils, and dishes you will need for your stay. Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, and a ninja grill air fryer combo!

Attached to the living room is the enclosed lanai with a breath-taking view to the famous Siesta Key beach! In the lanai there are theater like recliners so you can kick up your feet and enjoy the view! The condo has HD Comcast cable in every room!
