The living area features a full equipped kitchen, eating area and living room. There is tile flooring throughout the unit. The unit is equipped with cable, High speed internet, local phone, and 3 TVs.

Harbor Towers has a large lobby as well as spacious common areas and corridors. It is comprised of full time residents, seasonal owner/vacationers as well as visitors who rent for shorter terms. It is directly located on the Gulf Coast Intracoastal Waterway and is a short walk or drive (0.3 miles) from public access at Siesta Beach, ranked the #1 beach in the USA in 2017.
