One stays here for the convenience of getting to the airport for the 5:00 am flight (or to crash after the plane lands at midnight). In addition to the convenience, the hotel staff are very welcoming, the rooms are clean, with everything you could need (including breakfast), very compact (because you're not staying long), and overall and excellent value. I've stayed here many times.

The young lady at the front desk was so incredibly helpful! I love that the hotel is connected to the airport terminal so that I can walk through the door and go to the restaurants in the terminal or to check in for my flight when it’s time. Facility is extremely clean, and offers complementary tea, coffee and hot chocolate 24 hours a day. Doesn’t get much better than that

Everything about this property was excellent, except one of the front desk employees was less than friendly. She messed up my reservation and then acted like it was my fault. She was like I was putting her out for doing her job. Totally loved being able to walk into the terminal with our bags and check in and then go back to the room and check out casually. Highly recommend! All the men at the front desk were delightful and friendly, the one woman was not.

The room was extremely humid! There was standing water in the shower. The shower doors were all fogged up, the vanity top was wet. The floor was wet, I had to wear shoes to go into the bathroom.
