We asked for a cleaning service the same time we checked in for Saturday. The maid came while we were out. Took the towels, never replaced the toilet paper and only made one bed. Plus leaving the trash we had near the garbage container? Oh and took the hand soap?? We went to the front desk and they gave us what we needed.

Hotel was clean and staff were excellent!! Our two complaints were: It is extremely load at night with doors slamming as lots of kids here for the pool along with dogs barking. The doors have a half inch gap where you can see out on every door so noise comes right in. The water park was fun for the kids but there is not lifeguard and kids do not have good behavior and parents just sit there and do nothing. We are struggling because kids had a great time but as parents we did not.
