The GOOD: The room was a nice room. 2nd floor. We stayed one night. I liked the shower shampoos/lotion in the bathroom. Room was large and lots of storage. The BAD: No mention of construction when we booked, however the lobby was a mess and they were working in a room just above ours. Pounding, drilling, music.... :( Saturday morning it was so loud we could not hear each other. They started around 8:30 am. Not to early, but again. This was not mentioned on the website or at check in. The maid tried to enter three times before 10 am. Check out is 11. Coffee machine was broken in the lobby and the OJ was brown. Now. Overall. I might stay here again if i needed an overnight. Convenient location. I just wish we had known about the construction above our room. D-

One of the best...

Every little positive you could want in a motel...this seemed to have. Lots of horizontal space to set things (including in the bathroom), high quality (meaning minimal chemicals) shampoo, conditioner, lotion! in very convenient dispensing systems, the curtain actually kept the room dark, shower wasn't weak, pillows weren't flat, bed was good, HVAC worked fine and had a convenient elevator. All for a relatively low price.

Property was out dated and rundown, I wanted to cancel last two nights and go somewhere else they said too bad. They said I stayed my first night so the rest was not refundable, have discussion. I got one in the got one night back and grateful for that.

I was very unhappy with the poor service. I need extra pillows as I am handicapped and need them under my knees to lay down. I asked at check in for 2 extra pillows...I was told he would bring them in 15 minutes. An hour went by and he said he'd bring them right up..when I called the front desk. I waited and waited...nothing I've been here almost 2 hours...I went down to the desk and there was a note be back in 10 minutes...still no pillows! I will never stay here again!!!

I liked that within 30 minutes of a vehicle crashing thru the lobby, they had a roll-off dumpster delivered and a crew doing clean-up. An hour later and it was boarded up. No injuries, by the way.

We did not stay, we are asking for a full refund. The place was filthy and smelled of garbage. Room key didn't work. Staff barely spoke english and was not helpful or understanding.

Pee stains on the sheets, bathroom door didn’t close, hair in the sheets, pillows were the size of a throw pillow for a couch, the mattress was extremely bumpy. Pay the extra money rather than staying at this dive!
