It’s time for an upgrade. Many things are broken or worn out. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, the sofa bed painful springs and wouldn’t lay flat. The air conditions clink and clank and keep you up all night. No screens on the upper level window. Many of the atrium areas are just dirt. The vending machines and ice machines did not work. Some of the arcade games are worn or broken. The kids loved the pirate ship pools but it was not worth it for the price. And no continental breakfast to boot.

The room was nice and clean...the staff at Bostons was AWEDOME!!!! Front desk was great too. We stay here almost every time we have to stay in SF. Thanks for great service and a great weekend.

Very friendly, hard working staff in all depts., great bar/restaurant attached. It was very nice to have my room cleaned & clean towels when i came back to my room! Since covid hotels arent the same but this place is awesome! Will recommend & will definitely be back!

The only issue was, I asked for a quiet area because it would be a short overnight. She put me right on a corner where kids went to and from, and the constant clicking of an exit door for smokers, until 1:00am. Horrible when you have to get up at 3am.

one of the rooms wouldn't lock. And a second wouldn't also. We went to three rooms before ther was a fix. We were told we would get refunded 25% for the problem but never received it.

Fine, but lacking in some ways.

There was no microwave in the room, which was very inconvenient for us. No toiletries except for 1 make-up remover and 1 thin bar of soap. On the other hand, everything was clean, extra blankets, enough towels. We will stay there again.
