The first thing you'll notice when walking into Condo Unit 314 is the way the two-story windows bring the outdoors right into the unit. Whether the slopes are thick with snow or the landscape is filled with blues and greens, this is a great place to take in the beauty of Colorado. Take a step out onto the private balcony, the perfect place to sip coffee on a warm-weather day. To thaw out after a day on the slopes, curl up on the sofa in front of the gas fireplace in the living area. A flat screen TV hangs above the fireplace, offering entertainment at the end of a full day. A leather easy chair offers additional seating and is the perfect place to page through a few chapters of your latest read.
For convenient refueling, head into the kitchen where appliances and cookware await. Though you won't find an oven in this unit, the full-sized refrigerator, two-burner stove, and microwave oven offer plenty of options for meal preparation. Stainless steel appliances and ample counter space make this a pleasant space to prepare meals. Easily take a break from your ski session to stop back into the condo for meals and snacks without losing momentum! This condo is located in the main building, where The Edge restaurant is also a convenient dining option. 
Head up the staircase that leads from the living room to the upstairs loft to discover your private restful hideaway. A queen bed is tucked away under a wooden beamed ceiling, creating a cozy destination for your good night's sleep. For additional sleeping accommodations, the sofa in the living area also folds out into a queen bed. Accommodating up to four guests, this condo is ideal for couples, friends, or families. The full bathroom offers a tile and glass tub and shower combination.
Please note that Timberline does not have elevators; assistance with luggage is available upon request. This condo features air-conditioning to keep it cool in the warmer months. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in two convenient locations on the property, though there are no in-unit washers or dryers. Parking is available for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving- April) and is free in the summers.
