Step out the door of your condo and enjoy dining, shopping, and Spa services. Convenient to the village to take in the mountain top view, enjoy concerts in the plaza. This well-appointed one bedroom, one bath condo sleeps 4. It has a full kitchenette with stainless steel dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, and 4 seat dining table. The living room has a gas fireplace with a sleeper sofa, a queen bed with a 50-inch smart TV. The bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub.

LOCATED IN VILLAGE CENTRAL A SHORT WALK ACROSS THE VILLAGE PLAZA TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE BALLHOOTER LIFT AND SLOPES Access to underground parking and Split Rock heated pool and hot tubs are available at additional cost. NOTE: PER RIMFIRE HOA - There will be a $200 fee for any lost parking tickets.
