Booked for a king size room and that is not what was given. Did not make changes when asked about why it wasn’t a king sized room. Also asked for a later check out but wasn’t denied. Went on website and they had vacancy.

The hotel is nice and clean. We live local and come to enjoy the pool for a night during the winter months. The past 2 times the pool is cold and last time very cloudy. Such a bummer

I arrived and my mistake, I booked the wrong room. The desk clerk assisted me getting a refund on the room from Hotels.com, booked me the correct room and all was well! I was truly impressed by their help and accomodating attitudes. Truly refreshing. The grandkids went swimming in the warm pool, we enjoyed a great breakfast in the morning. It was a great mini-vacation and definitly will be back!!!! 10 out of 10 for all the emmenities....

Being in a wheelchair I was in an handicapped room. The bathroom door's swing was into the room. Made it difficult to get in and out of the bathroom.

Easy check in and out. Room very clean. Was also very quiet, stayed on a Wednesday night. Loved tree canopy shade. Bed way too soft was the only downside of this stay.
