On our first night the room was too cold. Despite several calls and visit from engineers the heater did not function. We also had to call several times to get extra blanket. Apart from the above no other issues. Property condition is average.

Food was as expected, but if you didn’t have the bundle you would have to pay for breakfast out of pocket. Hottub is closed in the pool, there are dirty marks along the bottom of hottub. Pool itself is Soso. It’s heated, but, the siding of the pool is coming off in areas. The metal stairs to get in/out of the pool on the deep end are loose. The bottom of pool on deep end of grimy. Staff is nice depending on who you get. I spoke with someone about new towels and toilet paper and he was nice, but I spoke again with a blond women who was extremely rude and gave me dirty looks, how was I supposed to know they wouldn’t deliver towels and such if the do not disturb sign is up (they do where I am from). Parking is NOT included, it’s an extra $18/night, and you need your room key to get in/out of the garage. I didn’t know you needed it to leave so when we checked out they never mentioned it and I was stuck in the parking garage until someone was nice enough to offer theirs. Stayed here cause it looked nice and had good reviews, but, it infact, for a Hilton, was probably one of the worst Hiltons I’ve stayed at, and I travel a lot.

Took over an hour to get two sheets and two pillows for the pull out couch. Never could get. Blanket and kids ended up sleeping with us. Spent 1.5 hours of calling and physically walking down to desk to get sheets. No apology. Front desk just stared at me when I ask for assistance. The second time when I was upset same thing. I was not a Karen. I had a 8 and 4 yr old who weren’t in bed yet. Everything was dingy, frayed well used. Multiple different brands of toiletries. Lobby was Fine in appearance. Bushes were dead outside in pots without any flowers by doors and I feel like that summed up the inside. The fountain was pretty from a distance but didn’t go look closely. Shocked that Hilton leaves their name in this property. Bed upholstery was sagging under mattress. Carpet was frayed at seams badly. Lamp shades with dented and discolored. I would NEVER stay here again or recommend this location. Go someplace else.

I expected that a Hilton property to be of a certain standard. This property was unkept, dingy, and old looking. Carpets were dirty and the rooms smelled bad. On top of that customer service was terrible. I called ahead to request an early check-in and was told by who answered the phone that it would be possible. When I arrived and checked in I was told I had the option of other 2 rooms because ours wasn't ready. The rooms offered were suboptimal. We stayed only 1 night out of 3 and checked out immediately to move to another hotel.

Research everything before booking.

Not a bad place to stay. The showers weren’t good at all. Water pressure would come and go, mold/mildew behind the light in the bathroom. Also, to charge 18 dollars a day to park in the parking garage is insane to me. I stayed two nights and had to pay an ADDITIONAL 36 dollars just to park my car on top of paying for the stay. I feel parking should be included. As I was checking out, I over heard another gentleman say about needing his room key to get out of the parking garage. If it is free by using your room key, the front desk person when I checked in never said a word about it. Will pick a different hotel when in the area again.

Worst service, worst management, I want Expedia to return my money, as they blamed Expedia for overbooking and they had no availability for rooms… Also had been told to put the bedsheets on the bed myself… this is ridiculous rude, unbelievable and staff so unprofessional… how are they running this business is beyond me…
