We stayed one night for an event locally. Unfortunately the hot tub was closed and according to other guests it's been closed for years. While we booked this hotel specifically for the pool/hot tub option. It would have been nice to know it wasn't working or useable. Staff was friendly. We had an issue with heat not working upon arrival. Maintenance was quick to fix the issue for us. Extra linens weren't in room even thought reservation was for 2 adults and 1 child with one king bed. We left early because of the snow. Overall the hotel wasn't bad but also wasn't up to Hilton standards we are used to in other properties. As a traveling sports family we have stayed in many hotels and usually Hiltons have a much higher standard.

I was put in a handicapped room. Why I don’t know. The place didn’t appear busy. Non of the check in staff spoke English clearly. The garage situation was not explained properly. Everyone has to unload their cars before going into the garage and the doors to the hotel were heavy and awkward to pull in luggage. Also not enough parking space in front to do this. Coffee maker in room was in wrong space and plug didn’t work. Room dark and dingy.
