On the first night of our 3 days stay the room we got 706, the tv had only 1 channel, the drawers were broken and the outlets on the table was not connected (no cord to connect to the power). We asked to be transferred to a different the next day. Next morning when we got transferred my husband realized he left a tshirt on the bed, I reported this immediately and after a while got a call from front desk saying that the tshirt was not found by housekeeping and yet not even a minute after this call , someone knocked on the door with the Tshirt.

Our room was very cold because furnace wasn’t working. Because we checked in very late we didn’t bother to call guest relation to report it. Called the next morning and they tried to fixed it but it still wasn’t working so they moved us to another room. We’re glad that the maintenance person was very helpful and moved us right away.

The staff at the Bar and Restaurant were absolutely fantastic! They were so friendly and helpful. I also stayed at the front desk, and they were equally great. I chose to stay at the hotel because it was conveniently located near the convention centre. It was the perfect spot for my stay. The only thing I could say that wasn’t great was that the walls in my room seemed a bit thin. I could hear both sides of my room, which was a bit distracting. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay near the convention centre.
