My engine blew up on my truck 2 hrs from the hotel. Hadn’t checked in at all yet. I begged for a refund back so I could put it towards a mechanic. The staff was rude and told me no, then hung up.

Nice hotel and great employees!

We originally booked for 2 nights after the second night we decided we wanted to stay for 2 more nights and they made the process super easy and let us keep our same room! The pool was great and the employees were super nice and helpful! Breakfast was always hot and fresh. Only complaint we had was the motion sensor lights kept kicking on while everyone was sleeping at night. We have stayed at this hotel for the last 3 years when we go visit family, we enjoy it everytime!

Ridiculous charge for early checkin

Was not happy that the hotel charged $25 for early check in. I felt like they were taking advantage of those attending the notre dame football game. I’ve never had to pay for an early checkin. Would rather they didn’t offer early checkin. I’ll not return to this location.
