In the same family since 1947, this home is a wonderful place to make memories, whether you're curled up by the fire in the mornings and evenings, watching the waves crash at Pemaquid Point, walking in South Bristol and Christmas Cove, or picking up lobster fresh from the boats in town. You'll experience the relaxing intimacy of a small town with access to plenty of tourist sites and activities, including kayaking, hiking, fishing, charter boat tours, shopping, and dining close by. You can pick up incredibly fresh lobster at the South Bristol Fisherman's Co-op half a mile east, take a dip in the brisk waters of Pemaquid Beach 11 miles east, or enjoy a beautiful day trip to Camden, Boothbay Harbor, or Monhegan Island.
