The staff was amazing and the breakfast robust. While the furnishing was good with comfortable beds and clean, the underlying infrastructure needs to be updated.

Pros Great location. Friendly staff. Decent price. Cons Hardly any TP upon checkin. Body wash empty. Key cards did not work well/had to get new ones 3X. No channels on TV. Casting feature did not work. No microwave. Inconsistent times breakfast.

Ideal for ski vacation on a budget

Great location! Had to drive around the block after check in because our room was on another street. Delicious breakfast provided and within walking distance of restaurants and shopping.

There was barely any parking, if we took our car we’d lose our spot for sure when we came back in the evening. $20 fee for parking, wish space was more accessible. Other than that our stay was great.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, just a short walk to the gondola. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with plenty of options like eggs, potatoes, bacon, waffles—hands down the best breakfast I’ve ever had. The staff was also incredibly friendly and welcoming. However, there are a couple of areas for improvement. The cleaning product they use (Fabuloso) leaves a very strong scent in the room, which can be overwhelming. Additionally, the shower needs an upgrade, as the water pressure is very weak. Despite these issues, it was a pleasant stay overall.

Ok visit, was t bad, but they could ha e done a better explanation of how the room cleaning worked. Did not have our Serviced at all and had to get maintance to help take out trash from Room and bring me extra towels I think the cost of parking should just be park of the nightly stayeven if it is an extra $20. Everyone is driving there as there is t an airport close to being taxied from.

The interior looked fairly newly renovated. The hot breakfast had many options. We ate restaurant leftovers for dinner one night. Although the room had no microwave, there was one in the lobby for communal use. That was good, but the room had only one chair and no table which made eating in the room a bit awkward.

I think that the location of this property is wonderful. Easy walk to shops, restaurants and beach, but I probably wouldn’t stay here again. I am a petite person and barely fit in the corner stall shower, which had zero water pressure. My husband is 6’ 3” and had to stand outside of the shower in order to wash his hair. Overall I found the room to be dark and dingy and lacked many elements of comfort.
