Overall, we gave Margaritaville about a six out of 10. When I checked in, they said I had only paid for one night on Expedia but I showed them my receipt for four nights. The television in the room wouldn’t connect to any of our devices so the only option was to watch live TV with lots of commercials. The gym was tiny and over run with kids who would run straight from the pool into the gym, soaking everything. The buffet breakfast was not good and the “hot food” items were cold. The “movie night at the pool” couldn’t be heard over the loud noise in the pool area. The front desk staff were very hard to reach. The couch and chair in the suite were very uncomfortable. The cost for dinner at their steak house was atrocious. The cost for the surf and turf wasn’t even listed in the menu so I had no idea it was over $100 each!!! The good things were: The live music was amazing, the yoga classes were amazing. It was beautiful to look at and very close to Heavenly Village. We won’t be staying there again.
