No Restaraunt on site, and Coffe shop closes at 10AM.... Also, front desk has Nobody on duty from 6-7 AM... We needed coffee at 6:30, and it wasnt possible on site! I cant believe a Hilton prop would allow this!! Paying for so eone to be at the front desk from 6-7 AM would cost them at maximum, $200 per week?? Makes absolutely, NO business sense!

The hotel was great, room well appointed. Didn’t need to use plug-in hubs for all our devices - they had plenty. Close to dining and activities. Beautifully decorated, room and public areas. The only drawback was the valet parking. A real pain if you’re going in and out frequently. Not a problem if you’re doing all-day excursions or skiing, likely. Pleasant interactions with staff.

The check-in and check-out experiences were great. The staff was extremely helpful and always having a cheerful disposition. The renovated rooms were awesome. Getting rid of the jacuzzi tubs was a great decision. We will come back when we next visit Lake Tahoe.
