There was mold everywhere. Very wet and humid inside the room. Needed the beds and pillows changed and still very humid. Mold in ceiling, walls, furniture. Very obvious that it is not well kept. They just try to paint over it but the mold seeped thru. Very disappointed.

Room towers look old and gloomy. Walkway to beach had many areas that were broken down. Pool area had trash flying around. Rented a 2 queen bed room but beds seemed more like full beds. Bathroom was extremely small.

The property felt dirty overall. The room towels were old, and the carpet felt damp and unclean. The bed was uncomfortably hard, and the restroom was extremely small. The hotel itself appears outdated and poorly maintained. I would not stay here again.

Resort style, not private.

We chose to stay in this property as it was resort style. The property has 3 pools and a heated pool. Although everything good on paper, it lacked professionalism. The house cleaning was nothing great to write about. The beach was not private, the pools and amenities were not private, to the point were people who were not staying at the property could use them as well.

Property had a convenient beach access. Pool was also great as it had 2 pools. Only thing I would mention is that Tower B does not have a sign showing its name. For being the first time staying in this location I was not aware of where tower B was until we were able to get directions from a friendly staff member.

The hotel and you hotels.com/expedia are not in the same page ! Second time it happens that i book a room only to find out that its not teh same one when checking in! And what happens after you both blame each other but no solution!
