Situated in the residential NW part of South Padre Island, a more calm and peaceful environment suitable for rest and relaxation awaits guests within this 2nd floor condo. With the conveniences of a post office, gasoline station, dollar store, and mini-market within walking distance, guests can get away from the hustle and bustle of the commercialized SE & SW parts of the island and still enjoy the benefits of what the island has to offer.
Given its good location, it is not uncommon for guests who decide to stay in on a Thursday night to get a good view of the Fireworks display (courtesy of Louie's Backyard) from the front balcony. Saturday nights, the fireworks display from Clayton's Beach Bar and Grill can be seen from the rear balcony. And if guests decide to stay in on a Friday night they get to enjoy BOTH Clayton's and Louie's Backyard fireworks displays from both the front and the rear balconies.
Ample sidewalks with plenty of lighting at night surround the condominium, allowing residents and guests alike to go for a walk and/or meet their daily step goals. Newly implemented pedestrian crosswalks along with adequate lighting allow for easier and safer crossing of busy Padre Blvd. Gulf beach access is only minutes away on foot. Should the need arise, a late night snack/refreshment run can be done with a convenient gasoline station located just around the corner. And in the case essentials somehow forget to come along, a nearby Dollar General Store is only 4 southern blocks away or a nearby Island Market can be reached on foot 4 blocks to the north.
City-provided trash receptacles located one block north and one block south of the property make cleaning up after the furry four-legged companions much easier and convenient on those enjoyable walks.
