the sheets had stains on them and sand in the bed. we were told they would change them for another day then when they did they didnt change the sheets on the pull out couch. toilet didnt flush very well and the shower didnt work well. the construction remodel was loud and smelled like Marijuana.

I like the huge clean renovated rooms with all amenities, like refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and nice wall hung television. The pier walkway leads you straight from the hotel, swim area to the beachfront. Nice! I will choose this stay again, always.

NIce, relaxing and comfortable stay.

The stafff was very polite and helpful. The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. The bathroom sink leaked, and maintenance repaired it quickly.

We love the proximity to the beach, which has direct access from the pool area behind the hotel. I did not like that I had notified the hotel of our arrival time yet they would not let us check in a minute before 3 pm. In fact, at check-in time 3 pm the room was not ready.

Overall great stay. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was fresh, good options, and very good. Beds weren’t the most comfortable but not the worst. Only complaints would be the water pressure and noise. There was barely any pressure and took twice as long to take a shower and the noise was horrible, you could hear every step above you or in the hallway.

Property and rooms are very clean. Pool can be bigger. Pool area also clean. Cook made very good food! Definitely coming back to LA Copa Inn! Money well spent.

If you’re under the 4th floor where the dining room is you’ll get no sleep very noisy with all the chairs sliding maybe adding carpet would help
