The staff was inattentive. No one ever offered to clean our room or bring fresh towels. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. I called the front desk to address the family staying above us who were running and stomping be addressed, but it continued all night until 4 AM. We left the hotel this morning at 8, heading back to Houston.

Rooms were clean and friendly service. Breakfast was awesome and delicious. Copa Inn restaurant was wonderful. Food was delicious too. Only bad thing was. We had rain on our stay.

Great vacation spot on the beach!

This hotel was most of what we wanted in our beach vacation. The only downsides were the low water pressure and the noise from furniture on tile flooring.

My family stayed here and enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly, the room was clean and pool area was nice. The pool was heated and it was nice to have a hot tub as well. What a fantastic vacation!! La Copa was a very big part of it! The staff was amazing! Nathan at the front desk was so very kind & helpful. Nino, or as we liked to call him, Patrick Mahomes, and Joseph were the BEST!!! They made the pool time so much fun!! The music on Friday & Sunday was great! We will be back the same time next year!!! Oh, the omelettes at breakfast were delicious!

This was a great hotel for the price! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location and beachfront and beach access was amazing. The free breakfast had great options including made to order omelets that rivaled any I had in restaurants. Their restaurant and bar was good too. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I was happy with my bed comfort but others I traveled with gave them a 3 out of 5 forcomfort.
