Great location

The property was very nice and clean. The pool was well kept. There could have been more lounge chairs there was only 2. The location was great with being easy to walk many places and to the beach. Our only issue was we were not provided very much toilet paper. We had to go buy more as we ran out. Also no soap or laundry detergent. Other than that the property worked very well for our family for a week long stay.

Nice stay near the beach

Nice 2nd floor condo. Centrally located on the island and a short walk to the beach. We had a fun stay for the week and really enjoyed having a 3rd bathroom in the condo, especially with 6 people staying. Our host was super fast with responses. Check-in was easy. We would definitely rent this place again for a fun, hassle free vacation

Very nice and spacious! We were unfortunately rained in most of our stay, so it was great that we had such nice accommodations. The outdoor grill was a nice touch that we were able to use for an unplanned steak night. The location was convenient. I would absolutely stay here again.

Highly recommend this condo!

My family and I had an amazing experience at this condo. It was super spacious very clean with nice appliances and furniture. Just a couple minutes walk down to the beach. Mark was a gracious host and very accommodating. Will definitely be staying here again next time we visit SPI!

Great place very clean all the necessities needed minus a blender but everything was better then expected pictures don’t do it justice must see to appreciate… beach access was very convenient but a bit far to walk in this TX heat,,, will definitely stay again A+ communication super fast replying

Sisters get away

The place is very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the location and we’re pleased with the amenities. I did not realize it was on the second floor because I didn’t see any mention that it was a second floor condo but other than than everything was great.

First Timers!

I want to start off this review by letting everyone know that this was my families first time not only using VRBO but visiting SPI. None of us were sure what to expect but the entire process was smooth and there were no issues when we arrived. The home was not only affordable but very spacious for my family of 6 and in a perfect location. There were other families around but we didn't hear any of them making the evenings after a long day very quiet and relaxing. The pool at the home isn't huge but it was big enough for my kids to enjoy for a few hours at night. The kitchen had all the appliances needed to make any meal you want. You just need to supply the food! The rooms are spacious and the bed is amazingly comfortable! Overall we enjoyed our stay in SPI and would recommend this location to anyone. If this spot is available next year we will be back!!
