Sapphire Beachfront Oasis - 10th Floor 2 Bed 2 Bath - Stunning view of the Gulf!

Beautifully furnished, spacious 2 bed, 2 bath (sleeps 6) 1361 sq. ft. privately owned and managed Unit 1003. Tiled floor throughout, condo with a large private balcony with stunning views of the pool/hot tub and Gulf of Mexico and only a few steps to the sandy beach and beautiful waters. Watch the sun rise over the ocean from your living room or beach side balcony.

This welcoming 10th floor unit hosts an oversized primary bedroom with stunning views of the Gulf from the king sized bed, large en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk in shower, soaking tub, double sinks, and a spacious walk in closet with ample storage.

The second bedroom hosts a king sized bed, large closet, and ample drawer storage. The second bathroom is located just outside of the second bedroom and is accessible to the main living area.

Both bedrooms & main living area have flat screen smart TV's. We provide a wide variety of channels through YouTube TV app (ESPN, ESPN2, Bravo, HGTV, Disney Jr., etc) and in addition you can access your own Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, etc. The spacious living area has floor to ceiling windows with views of the Gulf and a comfortable oversized sofa.

Just off of the main living room is a modern kitchen with granite counter tops and is fully equipped with appliances including refrigerator with freezer and ice maker, cooktop, built in microwave, dishwasher with disposal, combo coffee maker (full pot ground coffee or single serve k-cups), and additional small appliances. Barstools line the kitchen island with additional seating available within the main living area.

Additional amenities include: A/C, Heater, cable, TV, wi-fi, hair dryer, full sized washer and dryer, linens, pack n play, queen self inflating bed with linens, towels, dishes and cooking utensils.

We provide the following items and start-up supplies: new dish sponge, fully equipped kitchen, kitchen towel(s), one roll of paper towels, small container of dish soap, 2 tablet supply of dishwasher detergent, trash liners (2 per can), and 2 tablet supply of laundry detergent pods. Also provided throughout the unit are bed linens, bath towel sets, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion in each bathroom, plus a first aid kid in the master bath below the sink.

The Sapphire has a lot to offer to you as our guest; you can relax on the beautiful beach (Sapphire offers beach chair/umbrella rentals daily. See lobby desk for rental information), by the expansive 100 yard swimming pool (or hot tub) and beautifully manicured lawns, rent a poolside cabana (see lobby desk for rental information), play in the game room equipped with a pool table, foosball, shuffleboard, and pinball, catch a movie in the 24 seat movie theater, or exercise in the fully equipped fitness room with stationary bike, treadmill, elliptical, free weight, and multi-gym machine overlooking the pool. Located just off of the lobby is a full service Aveda Day Spa where you can relax and enjoy a massage, facial, body treatments, nail services, etc. As guests of Sapphire, you can also enjoy the amenities at The Margaritaville hotel, which is located next door. Those amenities include a poolside bar and grill, full service restaurant, coffee shop, and a gift shop.

Complimentary garage parking and luggage/valet carts are provided for your convenience in the main lobby. Please return to the same area as collected immediately after use.

Great local seafood and amazing restaurants are just a short walk or drive away (Yummies, Grapevine, Gabriela's, Meatball Cafe, Viva, Liams, Sea Ranch, Ceviche Ceviche, Louie's Backyard, and Cafe on the Beach at the Palms Resort are some of our personal faves). Golf carts are available for rent on the island. Make sure to catch the Island Fireworks show every Friday night from Memorial Day through Labor Day at 9:15pm popped outside of Louie's Backyard (viewable from the Bay side patio). Also conveniently located next door to Sapphire is Beach Park at Isla Blanca (formerly Schlitterbahn)!
