Spend your next vacation at this 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental house in South Yarmouth! This beautiful 4-bedroom house is located on a quiet street near the Blue Rock golf course; it is also not too far from the beaches and entertainment that Cape Cod has to offer. A short trip to the Atlantic Ocean offers excellent boating, fishing and whale watching excursions. While inside, relax in front of the large flat screen tv, cool down with the A/C, pop in a DVD, or you can surf the net via the free WIFI. The first bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom has two queen sized beds, the third bedroom has a king size bed, and the fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds. There are 2 bedrooms and one full bathroom on the first floor and 2 bedrooms and one full bathroom on the second floor. Amenities include a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, washer and dryer on the first floor. cable, gas grill, new enclosed outdoor shower. Please note that pets are not permitted, and this is a non-smoking property. Linens and towels, except beach towels are included in the rental price. Please only park in the spot for # 17.

PLEASE NOTE: Guest Must Book an entire week. This is a Saturday-to-Saturday rental only from May 23, 2026-September 26, 2026.

The property was okay. It was clean however the sinks upstairs had a foul order coming out whenever you used them. The seating in the dining room is cramped due to the oversized washer and dryer. The ac unit in the downstairs area is too small it barely kept the area cool and one of the upstairs bedrooms didn’t have an ac unit at all. Which made the room unusable. The parking situation was confusing and I believe the owner lives on the property which is okay but should be revealed to people that rent the property. I would not rent this property again.
