Usually we stay at cheap hotels when we are on the road traveling. And this one definitely qualified as that. However, this room was nice and clean, while I was short on towels and blankets, the front desk staff responded quickly. Best cheap hotel breakfast I've had in quite a while. Not a place you would go for a glamorous vacation, but definitely fits the bill if you're passing through.

You can tell they don’t clean the rooms. I had to request another room because of stains on the sheets. There was hair in the shower. I asked for more towels and was told they had to wash them first, and even when I got those, there was a stain on the towel. And the breakfast wasn’t appetizing either. It was a spur of the moment booking just to get through the winter storm. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Girl at check-in was more focused on a personal phone call than checking us in. Was rude when informed that light switch did not turn on any lights in the room. Yelled up from lobby that you have to walk into the DARK room and turn light on next to the bed. Light by TV did not work, did not offer to replace the bulb.

This hotel room was nasty. The carpet was so dirty. Staff was not the friendliest at check in. We have an emotional support dog that travels with us and even after verifying his ID they still charged us an additional $30.
