The hotel is nice! The only complaint would be the front desk charged additional resort fee upon checking out, I raised my concern as I paid all the fees thru Expedia. The front desk is not sure abt that. Then the resort fee was refunded back to my card a week later without any explanations.

We have stayed at the Cliffrose for several years when visiting Zions. The location is excellent and we love the hot tubs and pool. This year I booked a double queen room for my granddaughters There was a cockroach in their room. I’m so surprised at this because the Cliffrose is a high end hotel. We pay more to stay there than most hotels in Springdale but have second thoughts about doing that again.

A gem in Zion! From check-in to check-out, a perfect stay. Our room was impeccably clean and the massage at the spa was incredible. The young man at Reception was so kind and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cliffrose for our daughter’s 30th birthday. We especially loved the location near the entrance to Zion NP - just a short drive or walk up the road - and the view from our balcony of the river. We spent time sitting by outdoor fire pits looking up at the mountains and seeing deer and a pair of geese. The staff was friendly, our room was kept clean and the restaurant had a perfect croques madam for breakfast. Highly recommend Cliffrose!
