The property had a beautiful pool. Parking was $20 a day which was not the best, but the bus stop was right out front of the hotel. The hotel rooms were super clean. this property had the perfect location.

Construction == no amenities

Still under construction. No access to facilities or amenities. Bed is comfortable but there are some stains on the sheet and cover. Shower water pressure not good as it leaks from the bottom. It might be much nicer if the room is renovated and the construction is done.

Disappointing to say the least.

My kids and I were looking forward to this trip for months. I booked this hotel because of the previous positive reviews, so I was incredibly disappointed when we got there and nearly the entire hotel was still under construction, even though I was told it would be completed by the time our stay rolled around. It was quite literally a small wing of rooms and a construction trailer. The cherry on top was the $20 per night parking fee. I feel like the least they could have done was waive that fee because of the conditions of the hotel or even a discounted room rate. If I would have known it was going to be this way I would have booked somewhere else. The room itself was dated, but very clean. Breakfast was grab-n-go in paper sacks, not ideal, but better than nothing.

Undergoing huge refurb. Perhaps 75% of rooms closed. Zero hotel facilities available onsite. Had to use a SpringHill Suites. Not convenient. Not explained in full at booking or prior to arrival. Would never have stayed had the extent of the refurb been made clear.

Very close to Zion park entrance and great restaurants within walking distance. Zero hot water in the morning (around 5:30 AM); hotel comped by waiving the $20 parking fee. Hotel in the middle of renovations.
